Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crewly's website, waitlist, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Crewly is a staff and operations management platform built for Roblox aviation groups. The Service includes a public website, a waitlist for early access, a web-based dashboard, and a set of optional modules ("plugins") such as Operations, Attendance, Quota, Leave, Discipline, Rank, Boards, and Pay, which organisations may enable based on their needs.

Accounts & Eligibility

To access the Crewly dashboard, you must create an account and connect a Roblox group that you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Roblox in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Roblox Group Integration

Crewly connects to Roblox groups via the Roblox Group ID you provide. By connecting a group, you represent that you have the authority to manage that group and to authorise Crewly to sync member, role, and rank data from Roblox for the purpose of providing the Service. Crewly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox remains subject to Roblox's own Terms of Use.

Early Access / Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a specific onboarding date, or any particular pricing or features. Early access invitations, including any promotional offers such as free months for early adopters, are provided at Crewly's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time before they are redeemed.

Subscriptions & Payments

Crewly offers a Free plan and paid plans, including a Pro plan billed per organisation and custom Enterprise plans, as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices or plans, with notice provided to affected organisations before the change takes effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected Roblox groups.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and content (excluding data you provide), is owned by Crewly and protected by intellectual property laws. Data that you or your organisation input into Crewly, such as member rosters, flight logs, and discipline records, remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your organisation's data.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your group at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewly and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify affected users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crewly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
