• Waitlist information: the email address, Roblox Group ID, and group name you provide when joining the waitlist.

• Group data: your group's ID, name, member list, role and rank structure, and operational data you choose to manage in Crewly, such as flight schedules, attendance records, quota records, leave requests, and discipline cases.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Service.

How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send waitlist confirmations, product updates, and service-related notices.
• To sync your Roblox group's roster, roles, and ranks with Crewly.
• To provide the plugins and features your organisation enables, such as Operations, Attendance, Quota, Leave, and Discipline.

Roblox Data & Group Sync

Crewly integrates with the Roblox group you connect. When you connect a group, Crewly periodically syncs your group's member list, roles, and ranks from Roblox so that permissions and dashboards in Crewly stay up to date. Crewly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Your use of Roblox itself remains governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
